Biography
Charles Winter is a lecturer in MSOE's Civil and Architectural Engineering and Construction Management Department. He serves as a senior technologist within Jacobs’ geotechnical engineering practice. He has more than 20 years of engineering experience, encompassing most aspects of geotechnical engineering, including deep and shallow foundation design, testing, and construction; slope analyses and design; retaining wall evaluation, design, and construction; and ground improvement design.
